She holds a master’s degree in communication from Emerson College, where she was a teaching scholar in Public Speaking and Negotiation. She holds an undergraduate degree in communication theory from Rutgers College, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
Prior to founding Emma West, Honorine held senior management positions in staffing, training and development. She worked with Fortune 500 companies to create skills-based training programs for employees at all levels of the organization.
